Dover Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform on-site maintenance at our Whitsett facility in North Carolina. The role requires analyzing and repairing equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting production with quick, safe adjustments.

Formación

• Five years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledgeable in skilled trades and manufacturing practices.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Understanding of building codes desirable.
• Basic reading, writing and computation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze mechanical and operational problems on equipment and take corrective action.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines and equipment at proper intervals.
• Make corrections and running adjustments to maximize production and quality.
• Review production schedule and perform necessary changeovers or scheduled PMs.
• Test equipment for proper operation and safety; document findings.
• Inspect products for quality and identify defects or spoilage causes.
• Repair and adjust small machines and replace worn components.
• Work from drawings, schematics and manufacturer manuals; use tools as needed.
