Job summary

OPW in Whitsett, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of maintenance activities at the RegO facility, responding to requests and completing projects assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.

The role requires five years of manufacturing maintenance experience, ability to read blueprints, and strong problem-solving skills. Schedule is Friday–Sunday 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. with overtime as needed; a discretionary bonus is possible based on performance.

Qualifications

• Inevitably five years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of skilled trades and equipment used in manufacturing environments.
• Understanding of building codes is desirable.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork能力

Responsibilities

• Analyze mechanical and operational problems on assigned equipment and plan corrective actions.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines at proper intervals.
• Make adjustments to maintain production and quality.
• Assist with changeovers and upgrades to meet customer demands.
• Test equipment for proper operation and safety.
• Record data and inspection results on standard forms.
• Repair and adjust small machines and hand tools as needed.
