Job summary

RegO, based in Whitsett, North Carolina, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our on-site facility. The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule, 3:00 pm–11:00 pm, with overtime as needed to support production goals.

The technician will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and execute modifications per supervisor direction to ensure continuous operation and quality output. Strong reading of blueprints and collaboration with teams are required.

Qualifications

• Five years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledgeable in skilled trades.
• Well-rounded knowledge of practices, tools, equipment, and materials used in manufacturing environments.
• Building codes understanding is desirable.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Basic reading, writing, and computation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain relationships with co-workers.
• Ability to effectively problem-solve.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests submitted through an automated system.
• Complete projects as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Analyze mechanical and operational problems and take corrective action.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines and equipment at proper intervals.
• Make running corrections to maximize production and quality.
• Change over equipment to needed SKUs when not scheduled for manufacturing.
• Test equipment for proper operation and safety.
• Repair and adjust small machines (drill presses, etc.).
• Work from drawings, sketches, specifications, and manufacturer manuals.
