Job summary
FITS is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support maintenance in the pharmaceutical manufacturing area. The role requires an Associate Degree in Industrial Mechanics and two years of experience in a regulated environment.

Qualifications
- Associate degree with 2 years in industrial mechanics in a regulated industry.
- Bilingual: English & Spanish proficiency.
- Experience with troubleshooting semi- and fully-automated equipment.
- Familiarity with pneumatics, electro-pneumatics, instrumentation, lasers and vision systems.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to uphold quality standards.
- Monitor production activities, troubleshoot issues, and support process improvements.
- Devises, fabricates, installs, tests and repairs mechanical equipment and systems.
- Assist engineers with technical solutions for devices and systems.
- Install and upgrade components of mechanical devices in the manufacturing area.
- asDevise, fabricate and assemble new or modified mechanical components for machinery and equipment.
- Conduct quality assurance/control tests and procedures.
