Job summary

FITS LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support maintenance in the manufacturing area. The role requires an Associate Degree with 2 years of industrial mechanics experience in a regulated setting and bilingual English/Spanish.

You will monitor production, troubleshoot, and assist with process improvements while upholding safety and quality standards. The position involves operating and maintaining equipment, fabricating components, and helping engineers develop technical solutions.

Qualifications

Associate Degree with two (2) years of experience in industrial mechanics within the regulated industry.
Bilingual (English & Spanish).
Project Management skills.
Shift: Administrative shift, according to business needs.
Experience in: Troubleshooting semi‑ and fully‑automated equipment; Pneumatics, electro‑pneumatics, instrumentation, lasers, and vision systems.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to uphold quality standards.
Monitor production activities, troubleshoot issues, and support process improvements.
Devises, fabricates, installs, tests, and repairs mechanical equipment and systems.
Assist engineers with technical solutions for devices and systems.
Install, repair, and upgrade components of mechanical devices and systems in the manufacturing area.
Devises, fabricates, and assembles new or modified mechanical components for machinery and equipment.
Conduct quality assurance/control tests and procedures.
