United Future is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor - Manufacturing in Lakewood, NJ to lead a 24/7 maintenance team in a FDA-regulated manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes coaching, safety, and continuous improvement on packaging lines, with up to 70% floor presence and close collaboration with the Maintenance Manager.
The ideal candidate holds an associate degree (bachelor preferred), 5+ years supervision in manufacturing, and experience with PLC troubleshooting, ERP/CMMS, and Lean
Qualifications
- Associate's degree is required; bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
- At least five years of maintenance supervision experience in manufacturing.
- Experience in FDA-regulated manufacturing environments and with PLC troubleshooting.
- ERP and CMMS experience; Lean/continuous improvement exposure.
Responsabilités
- Team Leadership & Coaching: build a high-performing 24/7 maintenance team in packaging.
- Safety & Compliance: enforce safety policies and conduct field audits.
- Maintenance Planning & Operations: schedule resources and verify work on lines.
- Continuous Improvement & KPIs: own safety/productivity KPIs and lean initiatives.
- Work Flexibility: support various shifts and weekends as needed.
