Job summary

Vossloh Fastening Systems America Corporation in the United States seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at our manufacturing facility. The role blends leadership with hands-on technical work to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.

You will develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs, lead a skilled team, and partner with production, engineering, and quality to drive uptime and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in metal fabrication or injection molding.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all production and support equipment.
• Lead and supervise the maintenance team with training, performance management, and resource planning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, minimizing unplanned downtime and production disruptions.
• Maintain and improve the facility’s mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to meet quality and production standards.
• Oversee the use and accuracy of the CMMS.
• Support maintenance budgeting, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Partner with production, engineering, and quality teams on capital projects, equipment upgrades, and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and corporate safety policies and procedures.
