Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED standard; vocational training or certificates valued.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in facility management or industrial technology highly valued.
• Requires 5+ years of maintenance experience; 2+ years in supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise maintenance personnel and provide day‑to‑day leadership.
• Plan, direct, and delegate maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted production and control costs.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs using data analysis and CMMS.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, safety programs, and bargaining unit agreements.
• Collaborate with production, EHS, HR, Engineering, Quality & Continuous Improvement teams for data reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve data workflows and increase automation.
