A leading global manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Manager to join its dynamic team. This position offers the opportunity to lead and transform the maintenance function at a high-volume industrial facility, driving operational excellence and equipment reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the plants maintenance department, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
- Develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance strategies to maximize equipment uptime and lower operational costs.
- Own and execute the Maintenance Excellence process, including predictive and preventive maintenance initiatives.
- Serve as a key member of the plant leadership team, driving performance improvements, fostering collaboration, and setting high operational standards.
- Identify, plan, and manage capital projects; contribute to annual budgeting and cost control efforts.
- Use root cause analysis and reliability tools to resolve equipment failures and prevent recurrence.
- Develop team capabilities through training and performance development.
- Support continuous improvement (TPM, Lean, Six Sigma) across the facility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of leadership experience running a manufacturing maintenance department OR 5+ years in a supervisory maintenance role.
- Proven track record in equipment failure analysis and implementing sustainable solutions.
- Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis tools (FMEA, 5Why, etc.) and strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with OSHA standards and ability to lead plant safety initiatives.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Working knowledge of CMMS and maintenance planning systems.
- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, instrumentation, and lubrication systems.
Qualifications
- Experience in TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience managing budgets and optimizing maintenance costs.
- Hands-on experience with CMMS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
