Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a world-class maintenance program focused on preventative and predictive measures to minimize unplanned downtime.
- Champion a data-driven approach, leveraging the CMMS to optimize maintenance scheduling, parts inventory, and equipment performance.
- Foster a culture of safety and compliance, ensuring adherence to all company policies, OSHA regulations, and industry standards.
- Lead a team of skilled technicians, providing coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities to ensure a high-performing workforce.
- Conduct risk assessments to proactively identify and mitigate potential issues within the plant environment.
- Manage facility modifications and expansions, including budgeting, scheduling, contractor oversight, and project execution.
- Oversee the upkeep of critical facility infrastructure, such as UPS systems, generators, and compressors.
- Collaborate with international plants to troubleshoot equipment failures, install new machinery, and share best practices for maintenance and optimization.
- Perform regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training to enhance team capabilities and effectiveness.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a similar field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in plant maintenance or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in implementing and managing a comprehensive maintenance program.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and compressed air systems.
- In-depth knowledge of facilities management principles and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
