Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement a world-class maintenance program focused on preventative and predictive measures to minimize unplanned downtime.
• Champion a data-driven approach, leveraging the CMMS to optimize maintenance scheduling, parts inventory, and equipment performance.
• Foster a culture of safety and compliance, ensuring adherence to all company policies, OSHA regulations, and industry standards.
• Lead a team of skilled technicians, providing coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities to ensure a high-performing workforce.
• Conduct risk assessments to proactively identify and mitigate potential issues within the plant environment.
• Manage facility modifications and expansions, including budgeting, scheduling, contractor oversight, and project execution.
• Oversee the upkeep of critical facility infrastructure, such as UPS systems, generators, and compressors.
• Collaborate with international plants to troubleshoot equipment failures, install new machinery, and share best practices for maintenance and optimization.
• Perform regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training to enhance team capabilities and effectiveness.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a similar field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in plant maintenance or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in implementing and managing a comprehensive maintenance program.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and compressed air systems.
• In-depth knowledge of facilities management principles and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
