What You'll Be Doing
Lead and manage all plant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and professional development.
Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
What Are We Looking For
Minimum 5 years Underground Mining Engineer experience, Geology degree preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proven ability to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
