What Are We Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of Underground Mining Engineer experience; Geology degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
