Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing maintenance role.
• At least 3-5 years in a maintenance leadership or supervisory position in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience implementing and managing PM/PdM programs.
• Strong track record of improving equipment reliability and reducing downtime.
• Proficiency with CMMS software.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and P&IDs.
• Knowledge of instrumentation and calibration techniques.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise a team of maintenance specialists (electrical, mechanical, PLC, etc.).
• Conduct performance reviews and identify professional development opportunities.
• Develop and manage work schedules and priorities for the maintenance team.
• Foster a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to safety policies.
• Develop and improve Preventive and Predictive Maintenance programs.
• Oversee reactive maintenance and ensure timely troubleshooting and repair.
• Utilize CMMS for work order generation, tracking, and data analysis.
• Manage spare parts inventory and optimize costs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
