Qualifications

• 7+ years in manufacturing maintenance roles.
• 3–5 years in leadership or supervisory position.
• Proven PM/PdM program experience.
• Strong track record of improving equipment reliability and reducing downtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maintenance team (electrical, mechanical, PLC).
• Design and improve PM/PdM programs to minimize downtime.
• Manage CMMS for work orders, scheduling, and data analysis.
• Oversee spare parts inventory and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Safety.
• Lead safety program and compliance (LOTO, etc.).
