Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Production Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team, maximize equipment uptime, and drive cost-effective reliability across the production floor. You will develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs, manage spare parts and CMMS, collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality, and champion safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing maintenance role.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance leadership or supervisory position, preferably in a fast-paced production environment.
• Proven experience implementing and managing PM/PdM programs.
• Strong track record of improving equipment reliability and reducing downtime.
• Proficiency with CMMS software.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and P&IDs.
• Knowledge of instrumentation and calibration techniques.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a maintenance team to ensure reliable operation of production equipment.
• Develop, implement, and continually improve PM and PdM programs to minimize downtime.
• Manage CMMS work orders, scheduling, and historical data analysis.
• Oversee spare parts inventory and optimize costs.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Safety to align maintenance with plant goals.
• Develop and manage the annual maintenance budget and external vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and internal safety policies.
