Job summary

DTS (Diversified Technical Systems, Inc.) is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead assembly, test, logistics and manufacturing support teams in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. You will drive process improvements, scheduling efficiency, and safety compliance to meet customer deadlines and budgets.

You will partner with HR, Quality, and Sales to optimize resources, implement lean practices, and introduce new products into production while maintaining stringent IPC-610/IPC-620 standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing management, or similar discipline.
• 5+ years of manufacturing management experience in a high-mix, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Assembly and Test teams, ensuring quality and production schedules.
• Oversee logistics and materials team for receiving, inventory, and shipping.
• Develop team performance through training, coaching and HR collaboration.
• Ensure work orders flow efficiently and resources are properly allocated.
• Identify, develop ROI, and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate workload with Production Control Manager to balance demand.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering to improve processes and introduce new products.
• Document nonconformances and drive root-cause analysis with Quality.
• Maintain KPIs and ongoing training programs; enforce safety policies.
