Job summary

Leslie’s, a leader in pool and spa care, is seeking a Manufacturing Coordinator in Phoenix, AZ. You’ll partner with the LPM Manufacturing Supervisor and Buyer/Planner to coordinate purchase orders, track production, reconcile inventory, and support transportation and warehousing teams.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and exceptional customer service to internal stores and external partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, or related admin role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; ERP/inventory systems experience preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, warehousing, and supply chain operations.
• Customer-focused mindset and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate manufacturing forecasts, purchase orders, confirmations, and reconciliation.
• Manage the customer order process across the production lifecycle.
• Dispatch and monitor inbound materials to third-party manufacturers and warehouses.
• Track production activities and input data into company systems.
• Reconcile inventory records and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate outbound finished goods shipments to distribution centers.
• Audit invoices and process related paperwork.
• Maintain departmental reports and filing systems.
• Serve as liaison between manufacturing, transportation, warehousing, vendors, and stores.
• Provide exceptional service to store personnel, customers, vendors, and partners.
• Support supervisor with administrative tasks and special projects.
