Job summary

Leslie’s, the leading pool and spa care retailer in the U.S., seeks a General Manager to drive store performance, customer service, and profitability. You will recruit, hire, train and develop team members while upholding merchandising standards and executing company programs.

You will lead with integrity, manage payroll and margins, protect assets, and foster a positive work environment. Compensation within range will be determined by education, experience and market data.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of all training modules inclusive of GMIT and Talent Platform training.
• Ability to achieve placement in the succession program.
• Excellent communication skills, and proficiency with computers.

Responsibilities

• Hire only “A” players this year to support the accomplishment of the following objectives.
• Meet or exceed sales budget.
• Meet or exceed EBITDA/SOC goal.
• Drive customer count increase over last year.
