Leslie’s is seeking a Manufacturing Coordinator at our Phoenix corporate office. The role partners with the Manufacturing Supervisor and Buyer/Planner to coordinate purchase orders, track production, reconcile inventory, and support logistics.
You will maintain documentation and ensure strong communication with internal teams and external partners. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in manufacturing or logistics, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP or inventory systems.

This position is based at our corporate office in Phoenix, AZ, and follows a hybrid work schedule. Remote work is not available for this role. The Manufacturing Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing function by partnering closely with the LPM Manufacturing Supervisor and Buyer/Planner. This role is responsible for coordinating purchase orders, tracking production, reconciling inventory, supporting transportation and logistics activities, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring efficient communication across internal teams and external partners. The Manufacturing Coordinator plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution operations.
