Job summary

Prysmian USA is hiring for a 12‑hour shift role on our Jackson, TN production floor. You will set up equipment to spec, run and inspect products, and log data for traceability while following our Zero and Beyond safety initiative.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills including percentages.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn production processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely and follow all safety policies.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and document results for traceability.
• Perform setups and changeovers per procedures.
• Load and unload equipment and materials efficiently.
• Record data for product traceability and quality documentation.
• Support a High Performing Team and escalate hazards when identified.
