Job summary

Prysmian Group is hiring for a 12-hour shift manufacturing role. You will follow safety policies, maintain quality, perform setups, and handle loading/unloading tasks. The position requires standing all shift, basic math, and a willingness to work weekends/holidays.

Prior manufacturing exposure is a plus, with forklift training possible as needed. The role offers a path to develop technical and computer-based skills within a global leader in cabling solutions and energy transmission.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills including percentages.
• Ability to stand for 12 hours per shift.
• Push/pull up to 50 pounds; lift up to 35 pounds.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Mechanical and computer skills; forklift training possible.

Responsibilities

• Work safely and follow all safety policies at all times.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Identify safety hazards and report to supervisor.
• Monitor and maintain product quality through inspection.
• Perform setups per established procedures.
• Load/unload equipment and follow work orders.
• Log information for traceability and quality.
• Participate in cross-training activities.
• Perform other duties as required.
