Job summary

Prysmian Group is seeking a Production Line Operator to run equipment, ensure quality, and work safely in a 12-hour shift schedule. You’ll perform setups, monitor output, and document traceability while maintaining a clean, compliant work area.

Role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, and the ability to stand for long periods. Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required; forklift training may be provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills and ability to perform simple calculations.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Able to stand up to 12 hours and lift up to 35 lb occasionally.
• Opportunities to train and drive forklift if needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate production line equipment to produce quality products safely and efficiently.
• Follow safety policies, maintain clean and safe work environment.
• Monitor product quality and perform setups per procedure.
• Load/unload equipment and document traceability information.
• Communicate potential hazards to supervisors and participate in cross-training.
