Job summary

Mondelēz International in Chicago is seeking a manufacturing leader to run the plant operations at the Chicago Bakery, driving safety, quality, productivity and cost targets. You will implement the IL6S-Integrated Lean Six Sigma journey and lead autonomous and progressive maintenance strategies, building a high-performing, self-sufficient team.

Qualifications

Experience with Autonomous maintenance (AM) Step 4 systems and progressive maintenance (PM) Step 3 systems.
Experience leading line teams and driving governance for performance review and continuous improvement.
Ability to coach and develop manufacturing teams and to communicate plans clearly.

Responsibilities

Lead production operations at the Chicago Bakery to meet safety, quality, productivity, and cost targets.
Drive Lean Six Sigma and manufacturing standards to build a high-performing organization.
Establish governance to review and control operations and embed a zero-loss mindset.
