Job summary

Georgia-Pacific's Green Bay Broadway Mill is seeking a Learning & Development Leader to help build workforce capability and support operational excellence across our Paper, Secondary Fiber, and Utilities departments. You will develop and execute learning strategies that strengthen employee performance and safety, while leading the mill's skill development and onboarding initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience building and implementing learning programs in manufacturing.
Experience coordinating or delivering employee training programs.
Proficiency with LMS, digital learning tools, and SharePoint.
Experience leading training projects or teams in an operational setting.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of five Skill Builders.
Drive onboarding, training, qualification, and certification programs.
Partner with Operations Leaders and Performance Leaders to improve learning processes.
Support the facility safety vision through effective training systems.
Develop standardized training, qualification, and reporting processes across the mill.
Validate training effectiveness and ensure learned skills are applied.
Oversee LMS administration and compliance.
Maintain training resources and knowledge systems like SharePoint.
