Job summary

Sazerac invites high-potential graduates to join the Leadership Development Program – Quality, a 2-year initiative designed to expose you to quality and leadership across the business. You will rotate through areas such as Quality, Research & Development / Product Development, and Tech Services, with assignments tailored to business needs.

Participants will build leadership capabilities, technical knowledge, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in an engineering discipline (eligible May 2027–Aug 2027)
• GPA 3.0 or above
• Self-motivated with a passion for active learning
• Team player with strong communication and emotional intelligence
• Willingness to relocate

Responsibilities

• Gain leadership experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment
• Identify areas for improvement and drive performance with ideas and solutions
• Analyze information and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Apply problem-solving, analytical, communication, and leadership skills to real-world challenges
• Possible experience across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts and/or union/non-union environments
• Participation in development opportunities to build technical and leadership capabilities
