Job summary

Sazerac is offering a 2-year Leadership Development Program in Manufacturing designed to expose you to bottling, processing, maintenance, and distribution/warehouse operations. You will gain leadership experience while learning the business and driving change in a fast-paced environment.

Successful candidates will be engineering graduates with a 3.0+ GPA, ready to relocate, and eager to develop technical and leadership skills through diverse rotations and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Candidates completing a Bachelor’s or Masters in an engineering discipline between May 2027 and August 2027 are eligible.
• GPA 3.0 or above.
• Self-motivated and solution-oriented with a passion for active learning.

Responsibilities

• Gain experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment while developing leadership capabilities, technical knowledge, business acumen, and problem-solving skills.
• Identify areas for improvement and drive performance by implementing ideas and solutions.
• Analyze information and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Apply problem-solving, analytical, communication, and leadership skills to real-world challenges.
• Experience different shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd) and union/non-union environments.
• Participation in development opportunities to build technical and leadership capabilities.
