Schaeffler invites ambitious graduates to join its Accelerated Leadership Program in Wooster, Ohio. Four six-month rotations across departments build cross-functional leadership with a guaranteed permanent position on completion.

You will rotate domestically and internationally, housing provided during rotations, and work with mentors to develop engineering and leadership skills while advancing your career at Schaeffler.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• At least two rotations of relevant co-ops or internships.
• Strong leadership, organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a mentor to develop best practices and leadership.
• Gain knowledge across cross-functional departments.
• Complete rotation milestones and participate in leadership training.
• Relocate every 6 months as required.
