Schaeffler invites high-potential engineers to join a two-year Accelerated Leadership Development Program beginning in Fort Mill, South Carolina. The program offers four rotations across North America, with a guaranteed permanent position in Fort Mill after graduation.
You will gain exposure to production management, quality, continuous improvement, logistics, and plant operations, while working under experienced mentors and completing milestone goals.

The Accelerated Leadership Development Program is a two‑year manufacturing leadership development program comprised of four six‑month rotations that provide cross‑departmental exposure. Each rotation can be located at any of our facilities throughout the North American Region (USA, Mexico and Canada), including the possibility for international rotations. The first rotation will start in Fort Mill, South Carolina. Upon graduation of the program, a permanent position in Fort Mill, South Carolina is guaranteed.
