• Ability to provide technical oversight in metal processes.
• Proven success in contract manufacturing with 1000+ SKUs.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing departments including 5-8 direct reports.
• Own plant accountability for KPIs like Safety and Quality.
• Propose CAPEX projects and justify benefits.
