Lake Air Products is seeking a seasoned Production Scheduler to join our on-site team in New Hope, MN. You will monitor forecasts and material flow to craft schedules ensuring customer orders ship on time, while maintaining scheduling integrity and coordinating with multiple internal teams.

The role emphasizes lean manufacturing, strong communication, and the ability to adapt schedules for changing demand and material constraints in a contract manufacturing environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of production planning and inventory management experience.
• Solid load leveling, expediting, and lean Kanban skills.
• Experience in contract manufacturing or OEM environments preferred.

Aufgaben

• Maintain production planning with ~99% record accuracy.
• Build/maintain schedules to meet customer demand.
• Support manufacturing and internal/external customers.
• Develop and communicate planning policies and procedures.
• Monitor supply/demand to identify shortages and reduce excess inventory.
• Assist operations to set production priorities for on-time delivery.
• Authorize expedited changes to production plans.
• Maintain Kanban stocking for inventory hedges.
