Job summary

ProMach, Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Manager to lead the production organization from design release to shipment, overseeing mechanical assembly, machining and fabrication, and ensuring safety, quality, delivery and cost targets.

You will manage capacity planning, scheduling, budgets, and cross-functional teams, drive lean improvements, mentor staff, and build KPI-driven processes that support the company’s growth.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of manufacturing/operations leadership experience in custom capital goods environments.
• Proven track record of managing departments with 20+ employees and cross-functional problem solving.
• Strong in MS Office and MRP/ERP systems (Syteline, Ultimate Software) and effective written/spoken communication.
• Results-oriented with the ability to lead, coach and motivate teams to achieve goals.
• Willingness to work extended hours and some weekends when needed.
• Reliable and capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing from design release to shipment, including mechanical assembly and machining/fabrication departments.
• Plan capacity, utilization, scheduling, and shop order management to meet deadlines.
• Develop and execute work definitions, scheduling, and task assignments.
• Lead lean and continuous improvement practices to lower costs and lead times.
• Hire, coach, and develop manufacturing team members; build KPI dashboards and problem-solving culture.
