Job summary

Hyve Solutions, a TD SYNNEX Corporation company, is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor in Olive Branch, MS, to lead a team in delivering high-quality production outcomes. You will drive lean initiatives, ensure on-time schedules, and collaborate across engineering, supply chain, and quality teams.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in manufacturing with 3–5 years in leadership, plus strong Lean and Six Sigma experience, and ERP/MRP proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing/industrial/mechanical engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years in manufacturing ops with 3–5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement experience.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of manufacturing supervisors, production leads, and production staff.
• Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
• Monitor production schedules and work orders to ensure on-time delivery and targets.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and quality to resolve production issues and improve manufacturability.
• Implement and enforce quality control standards throughout the process.
• Manage manufacturing budgets, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Drive lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma) to enhance productivity.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and calibration programs to minimize downtime.
• Prepare and present regular production performance reports.
