Hyve Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor in Olive Branch, MS to manage a production department, ensure ISO compliance, and drive efficiency in a fast-paced environment. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and reliable scheduling for continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of manufacturing experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a proven ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet quality and delivery goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook E-mail.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Four years related experience in manufacturing or semiconductor preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a single department and/or shift with 2+ direct reports.
• Oversees ISO-compliant, cost-effective manufacture of products or sub-products.
• Prioritizes production schedules based on introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
• Plans and administers procedures.
• Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned area.
• Works on problems of moderate scope.
• Judgment within defined policies to determine action.
• Interacts daily with subordinates and peers.
• Provides direct supervision to professional and non-exempt staff.
