Job summary

HYVE Solutions, a TD SYNNEX subsidiary, seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor in Olive Branch, MS to lead a production team in a fast-paced, ISO-focused environment. You will oversee a department, ensure quality, and drive on-time delivery with a focus on efficiency and safety.

You will manage schedules, mentor staff, and coordinate with engineering and supply chain to meet product goals while ensuring policy compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• At least four years of manufacturing or semiconductor experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a department and 2+ direct reports.
• Oversee ISO-compliant and cost-effective manufacturing of products.
• Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
• Plan and administer procedures.
• Develop schedules and manpower requirements for the assigned area.
• Work on problems of moderate scope and exercise judgment.
• Interact daily with subordinates and/or peer groups.
• Provide direct supervision to professional staff and/or skilled or semi-skilled non-exempt employees.
