Job summary

New Hampshire Ball Bearings, Inc. is seeking a Unit Manager - Manufacturing for the 1st shift to provide leadership across the manufacturing departments. You will drive productivity, quality, and safety, establish KPIs, and develop supervisors to improve performance and data-driven decision making.

The role partners with senior leadership to align policy, strategy, staffing and customer priorities, fostering a collaborative environment and ongoing professional development for the team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Production Management, Engineering or related field; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 10 years' leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
Past experience with ERP systems required.

Responsibilities

Lead assigned manufacturing team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production and quality goals.
Oversee planning for machines, equipment, and product flow based on customer priorities and resources.
Manage shift staffing, scheduling, task assignment, attendance, and performance management.
