Job summary

Fanatics seeks a Manufacturing Lead to supervise the production team, ensuring schedules are met and products are built to high quality standards. The role involves leading daily operations, driving continuous improvement, and upholding safety in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

You will mentor the team, track performance, and collaborate with supervisors to optimize workflows and maintain reliable production output.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment and quality control standards.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the manufacturing team to meet production schedules and quality standards.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and apply 5S principles.
Train and develop team members; onboard new employees.
Monitor production, resolve issues, minimize downtime and ensure safety compliance.
Maintain production records and communicate with supervisors and other departments.
