Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Manufacturing Lead to supervise and coordinate our manufacturing team, ensuring schedules are met and products meet the highest quality standards. You will drive day-to-day operations, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

This role requires mentoring the team, allocating tasks based on skills, tracking performance, and onboarding new staff in manufacturing processes and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manufacturing Supervisor in coordinating the activities of the manufacturing team to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor production schedules and help adjust assignments to meet production goals.
• Ensure production processes comply with safety policies and standards.
• Address and resolve production-related issues to minimize downtime.
