Hyve Solutions is seeking a Production Control Supervisor to join our Las Vegas manufacturing operations. You will oversee scheduling, material flow, and production execution to meet customer delivery commitments in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong organizational skills, hands-on leadership, and the ability to drive process improvements across cross-functional teams. Prior supervision and ERP/MRP experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Supervise and coordinate production control activities.
• Lead a team of production control personnel with coaching and performance management.
• Prioritize schedules based on demand, availability, and capacity.
• Monitor progress and work with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure inventory transactions and production reporting accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily Production Control activities including scheduling and execution.
• Lead a team and provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand and capacity.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Planning, Supply Chain, and Engineering to resolve constraints.
• Drive improvements to productivity and inventory accuracy.
