You will coordinate supply chain implementations for new products, engage with Pack Dev/Engineering, and manage milestone schedules, inventory, and cross-functional deployment across the site.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain.
• APICS certification preferred.
• 4+ years in a high-performance manufacturing facility; cosmetics industry preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (spreadsheets, pivot tables, presentations, graphics software, and database management).

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of Supply Chain implementations for new products or programs.
• Charter launches with defined business objectives and success criteria.
• Coordinate with Pack Dev./Engineering to design robust packages and equipment; conduct risk assessments & line trials.
• Engage Operations to ensure timely input to design and training.
• Develop and maintain an integrated milestone schedule (Equipment, Materials, People, Methods).
• Maintain a Launch Follow Up List to achieve Technical Success Criteria.
• Evaluate project timelines and provide feasibility feedback to divisions.
• Provide solutions to bottlenecks impeding launch and supply chain performance.
• Oversee deployment of production plans with cross-functional teams.
• Manage site inventory efficiently to maximize customer service and minimize downtime.
• Support portfolio planning to ensure launches and capabilities are delivered on time.
