Job summary

L’Oréal is seeking a Launch Manager in Piscataway, NJ to lead new product launches across the supply chain. You will partner with manufacturing, engineering, and operations to ensure on-time, cost-effective launches that meet safety and quality standards.

The role requires a engineering/business/supply chain degree, APICS preferred, and 4+ years in a high-performance manufacturing setting. MS Office proficiency is expected. Hybrid work available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain required.
• APICS certification preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in a high-performance manufacturing facility; cosmetics industry preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (spreadsheets, presentations, graphics).

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of SC implementations for new products or programs.
• Define Launch objectives and success criteria with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with Pack Dev./Engineering to ensure robust packaging/process design.
• Ensure timely input from Operations for design.
• Provide technical training to enable Operations to run new package/process.</br>
• Maintain an integrated milestone schedule for launches and ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify bottlenecks and provide solutions to maintain supply chain performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deploy production plans.
• Manage product inventory for Piscataway plant and subcontractors to maximize service.
• Support annual portfolio planning with launches and new capabilities.
