Job summary

The role coordinates activities across site functions and serves as the primary link between the site, global teams, suppliers, and customers. You will develop launch plans, track progress, ensure readiness, and drive improvements while controlling safety, budget, and timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering or manufacturing or related field.
• Five+ years of experience leading manufacturing launches.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across global sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-level planning and execution for new-product launches and process changes.
• Develop launch schedules, readiness reviews, and escalation plans.
• Coordinate across Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and other functions.
• Ensure launches meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets.
• Mentor site team members and report to site leadership.
