Job summary

Ventura Foods is seeking a Plant Training Specialist in Ontario, CA to design, develop, and execute Learning & Development programs. You will lead cross-functional training projects, implement LMS/LCMS processes, and produce engaging materials for enterprise-wide rollouts.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in L&D, strong communication, and proficiency with Articulate 360, Adobe, and video editing tools. Onsite role with a competitive hourly rate and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Facilitate meetings and learning events in person and virtually.
• Design performance support materials aligned to outcomes.
• Strong MS Office, Articulate 360, and video editing tools proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Designs diverse learning content (eLearning, ILT, Virtual Training) focusing on learner engagement.
• Collaborate with SMEs to revise and enhance SOPs, job aids, and training materials.
• Manage training project life cycle: needs assessment, budgeting, timelines, KPIs, evaluation.
