Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience with IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and end-user support.
• Familiarity with manufacturing environments and security considerations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to document procedures.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain IT infrastructure for all company areas.
• Set up accounts for employees and manage access.
• Install, test, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
• Deploy and support computer devices and software across the organization.
• Monitor systems for availability and performance; diagnose faults.
• Troubleshoot network issues and implement fixes.
• Train employees on IT tools and best practices.
• Interface with ACTIA Group and align with regulations and health & safety rules.
• Create and maintain operational and user documentation.
• Take on additional duties as required.
