Job summary

• Build and maintain IT infrastructure for all company areas.

• Install, test, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
• Deploy and support computer devices and software across the organization.
• Monitor systems for availability and performance; diagnose faults.
• Troubleshoot network issues and implement fixes.
• Train employees on IT tools and best practices.

Job Title: Information Technology (IT) Engineer

Summary: IT Engineer to set-up and maintain the IT hardware and software installations

Required Knowledge/Skills:

• IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, wiring, virtualization and end user support
• Systems administration and security
• Microsoft Windows server and desktop environments
• Microsoft Office applications
• Build & maintain Databases
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Computer technologies specialist
• Securing production data in databases
• Backing and retrieving files.
• General knowledge on defending network in case of a cyberattack.

Required Duties/Tasks to be accomplished:

• Build and maintain the IT infrastructure for all areas
• Setting up accounts for company employees
• Install, test, configure and troubleshoot hardware and software
