Job summary

Qualifications

• IT infrastructure including networking, servers, wiring, virtualization and end user support.
• Systems administration and security.
• Microsoft Windows server and desktop environments.
• Microsoft Office applications.
• Build & maintain Databases.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• General knowledge on defending network in case of a cyberattack.
• General knowledge of manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the IT infrastructure for all areas.
• Setting up accounts for company employees.
• Install, test, configure and troubleshoot hardware and software.
• Computer deployment and support.
• Monitoring company systems for availability and performance.
• Diagnose and fix network faults and come up with IT solutions to solve problems.
• Remain up to date with IT technology.
• Ability to train employees.
• Ability to interface and share information with the ACTIA Group.
• Ability to comply with internal and ACTIA Group regulations.
• Ability to comply with established health and safety rules.
• Cooperate with different departments and personnel.
• Create and maintain operational and user documentation.
• Additional duties as required.
