Greenworks Tools is seeking a Senior IT Systems & Infrastructure Specialist - Manufacturing to serve as the primary on-site technical resource for the Tennessee operation in Morristown. You will manage IT infrastructure, manufacturing tech, and end-user computing while aligning with enterprise architecture and cybersecurity standards.

Qualifications

Senior on-site technical resource for IT infrastructure, systems, networking, and end-user technology within the Tennessee manufacturing operation.
Supports Windows server environments and related site infrastructure.
Collaborates with IT Infrastructure team to align with enterprise architecture and security requirements.

Responsibilities

Serve as a senior on-site technical resource for IT infrastructure, systems, networking, and end-user technology.
Support LAN/WAN, wireless, VPN, firewall, and related network infrastructure.
Assist with server installations and infrastructure upgrades.
Coordinate infrastructure design changes with Greenworks IT Infrastructure.
Provide IT support for manufacturing, warehouse, and OT environments.
