Job summary

Greenworks Tools in Morristown, TN is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer (AME) to develop, validate and launch manufacturing processes and equipment for new products and major changes.

The AME serves as the primary link between Product Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing Operations to ensure products are designed for manufacturability and can be produced safely, efficiently, and at target cost and quality levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in NPI or manufacturing environments.
• Experience with design for manufacturability and assembly.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI activities and manufacturing planning with R&D.
• Drive DFM/DFA improvements to ensure successful launches.
• Develop and optimize assembly, testing, and manufacturing processes.
• Design layouts, workflows, and material flow for productivity.
