Job summary

Employbridge is seeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator to support and maintain daily IT operations for a manufacturing facility in Pooler, GA. The role focuses on enterprise infrastructure, networks, systems, and end-user support in a fast-paced industrial setting.

You will coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure reliable, secure IT operations and contribute to disaster recovery readiness. This onsite position requires strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience supporting IT infrastructure, systems administration, networking, or enterprise technical support.
• Experience working with vendors, contractors, or managed service providers.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, backup systems, virtualization platforms, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Monitor system health, performance, and availability while identifying and resolving recurring issues.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues involving endpoints, servers, network connectivity, and business-critical systems.
• Maintain backup verification procedures and support disaster recovery readiness.
• Oversee daily IT support activities to ensure service requests are resolved efficiently.
• Provide escalation support for complex hardware, software, connectivity, and user access issues.
• Review support tickets, asset records, and technical documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
• Assist with onboarding activities, including system access, hardware deployment, and user readiness.
