Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks an experienced IS/OT support specialist to maintain and secure technology across xPL Offsite manufacturing facilities. You will partner with production, logistics, operations, engineering, and facility leadership to keep systems available and aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting shop-floor tech, supporting scanners and printers, documenting issues, and assisting with inventory and manufacturing applications. Onsite in Decatur, AL.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years supporting technology in manufacturing, warehousing or logistics environments.
• Degree or IT certs (A+, Network+, MCP) or equivalent experience.
• Experience with mobile devices, printers, scanners, Windows workstations, and network-connected devices.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer support in fast-paced operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT/IT support for xPL Offsite manufacturing operations and related systems.
• Troubleshoot production, logistics, inventory, and shop-floor technology issues.
• Support handheld scanners, tablets, kiosks, printers, and warehouse tech.
• Document tickets and maintain knowledge base with resolutions.
• Assist with inventory and warehouse management applications.
• Coordinate support activities to minimize production disruption.
• Follow IS security standards and change management practices.
