Job summary

PDSSOFT INC. seeks an experienced End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to provide onsite IT support at the Stevens Point manufacturing facility.

You will manage desktop and laptop devices, perform Windows 10/11 administration, and handle hardware, printers, and peripherals in a fast-paced industrial setting. You will troubleshoot networks, work with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, and coordinate with regional and global IT teams to ensure high availability of mission-critical systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of End User Computing / Desktop Support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration.
• Microsoft 365 Administration.
• Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Hardware troubleshooting (Dell/HP laptops & desktops).
• Printer and peripheral support.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• and communication skills.
• Network Skills (Mandatory)
• CCNA Certification (Preferred) or equivalent Cisco networking experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite EUC/desktop support for the Stevens Point manufacturing facility.
• Manage desktop and laptop devices and related hardware.
• Troubleshoot network and plant IT infrastructure.
• Coordinate with regional and global IT teams to ensure high availability of business-critical systems.
